The wifi and a QR code that joins them to it, the time, what's outside, when the cake is. Warm on the TV in the room, set up from your phone in a couple of minutes.
Pick the ones that suit the evening, drag them where you like, send it to the TV. Change your mind from the sofa.
Under the same headings as the picker you build a board with. The ones marked Pro are part of Pro and the Event Pass.
Open plazascreen.com/tv on the TV, type the code into your phone, and the board is up. Wifi, hours, a look for the evening: each one is a single screen and a single tap.
One board is free for as long as you like. Pro adds Photos, Poll, Find your seat, Celebrations, Calendar, Headlines, Slides and Numbers from a Google Sheet, a background picture, your own look and more screens. An Event Pass puts every premium widget and a background picture on one board for a night, with nothing to cancel — and it comes off the price of Pro if you decide to stay.
Prices in US dollars, and tax is added where we have to. Paid plans are for customers in the United States at the moment — the free board works anywhere. Cancel Pro any time and it runs to the end of the month you paid for. Payments are handled by Stripe — we never see your card.
A TV that can open a web page, or any streaming stick or spare laptop that can. There is nothing to install: open the board's link, or pair the TV once with a short code and it comes back to the same board every time it wakes up.
No. The wifi widget shows a QR code their phone camera already reads, and it joins them to the network without anyone typing a password. Sending a message or a photo to the board is a link that opens in their browser.
Yes, and it stays free. You get 1 live board, 1 seat and 16 of the 23 widgets, with no card. Pro is $9 a month and adds 2 live boards, 3 seats, your own logo and color, a background picture, up to 4 pages that take turns on one board, and Photos, Poll, Find your seat, Celebrations, Calendar, Headlines, Slides and Numbers from a Google Sheet.
$6 once, for a single event, lasting 7 days, with every premium widget on the board. It is not a subscription and there is nothing to cancel. If you move to Pro within 30 days of buying one, the $6 comes off your first month — so starting with a pass never costs you extra.
Yes, on Pro and the Event Pass. Paste the private link your calendar already gives you (Google Calendar's secret address, or a published Outlook or iCloud calendar) and the board shows what is coming up, with up to 3 calendars on one tile. There is no account to connect.
On Pro, yes. Paste your listing's calendar link once (Airbnb and VRBO both export one, and other booking sites and property managers often do too) and the wifi and the welcome come on before each check-in and go off after each check-out, with nobody touching it.
Yes. Pick Portrait when you make a board and it starts with a layout built for a tall screen, read top to bottom. You can turn a board you already have too: its tiles are carried across and rearranged to fit, and nothing is deleted.
They stay for 7 days on the free plan, 30 days after an Event Pass and 90 days on Pro, then they are deleted. Until then, the board's After the party page downloads every photo in one go and prints the messages as a guestbook.
The board lives at an unguessable link that is never listed or indexed, you can put a viewer password on it, and you can set an event window so the wifi and anything else private comes off the screen by itself when the party ends.
The whole board drifts a fraction of a percent every few minutes so no pixel holds one color all evening, and you can set the hours it shows so it sleeps overnight. Both are on by default.
Yes. Invite them by email and give them as much as you want: run everything, edit one board, or just look. Read-only viewers are free and never count toward your seats.
